You offered overnight shipping. You didn’t ship it until the next day. I didn’t receive it until three days after I ordered it. That’s not overnight. I called your company and asked that the shipping cost be reduced to the normal shipping rate and be refunded the remainder, but was told it was UPS’s problem. The woman I spoke to at your company told me she would look into the situation and call me back. That was almost three weeks ago. I paid your company almost $90 for shipping. You owe me a refund, not UPS.
